Kaikoura
is a settlement on the east coast of New Zealand’s South Island. It is the ideal location for seeing marine life, taking beach walks, and devouring a meal of crayfish. (In Mori, ‘kai’ refers to food, whereas ‘kura’ refers to crayfish.)
